Product description

Our omega barrier cream is enriched with omega 3, 6,9 fatty acids.

Omega fatty acids are important components of the skin barrier, which protects the skin from moisture loss and environmental influences. They also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that keep the skin looking healthy and youthful. Omega fatty acids can be obtained from food or from skin care products that contain them. They are particularly beneficial for dry, sensitive or ageing skin.

Lab manufacturing

  • Heat up phase 1 and phase 3.
  • Add phase 3 to the phase 1 while the homogeniser ultra turrax is running at 10,000 rpm.
  • Then add the phase 2 and homogenise for 2 min at 10,000 rpm.
  • Cool down while stirring at 300 rpm with IKA paddle stirrer.
  • Finally homogenise at 30°C for 2 min at 10,000 rpm. Finished.

Product characteristics

  • off-white texture with a soft-feeling properties on skin, less fatty and pleasant playtime during rub into skin
  • viscosity 228.000 mPas pH value: 4.0
  • stable at 40°C for 3 month, stable at 6°C for 1 month, stable at cycletest for 6 days at -10°C/+40°C,
  • stable at rootemperature
